After spending several years in the corporate world, I began to feel a growing sense of disillusionment.

The early days were both thrilling and filled with uncertainty. I spent countless hours networking, building relationships, and developing a robust business plan, all while juggling the financial constraints that come with any startup. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, I was always intrigued by the idea of building something from the ground up. My years in the cement industry, where I managed operations, production, and quality, taught me invaluable lessons in teamwork, problem-solving, and strategic planning. It was during my leadership roles in the corporate sector that I realized the value of solid, strategic advice—something I felt was often missing in many consulting engagements. This realization, along with the influence of mentors and books like The Consulting Bible, steered me towards creating a firm that focused on delivering high-quality, impactful solutions.
